Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) is provided by the military to help active service members with living expenses, and can be used for either on- or off-base housing.

The Housing Management Office (HMO) will be your first point of contact when you receive moving orders, and provides services that will help you with referrals, relocation assistance, guidance for entering a lease agreement and tenant-landlord disputes.

Arnold AFB On Base Housing

• On-base housing for Arnold AFB is privatized and operated by Hunt Military Communities (931) 454-5300. They offer 3-4 bedroom single family units and townhomes with attached garages, fenced yards, and professional landscaping. The type of home you receive will be based on rank, size and needs of your family. On-base housing may include wait times when accommodations are not available.
